Sliding doors take you from the bedroom straight out onto your own terrace, and the pool is about ten steps away. The living room has a sofa bed for two children.

Our largest apartment takes up the entire top floor: two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a freestanding bath by the window and a covered terrace with a long table, where the view reaches all the way to the islands.

Prices are in euros, per night for the whole apartment, and apply to direct bookings in 2027. In high summer (5 Jul – 24 Aug) we prefer Saturday-to-Saturday stays.

When midday gets too hot for the beach, the day moves to the courtyard: the pool, sun loungers beneath the olive trees and a long table in the shade.
Our grandfather built the house from stone cleared from his own vineyard, and we restored it so that summer here feels easy – for you and for us. The courtyard is shared by four families at most, so it stays calm even when the house is full.
We live in the house next door. We're around whenever you'd like a tip for a beach, a tavern or a day trip – and when you don't, we leave you in peace.

Vinišće is a small village with a waterfront, a few coves and plenty of quiet. Everything else is a short drive away.
On foot
By car
Clear, shallow water and the shade of pine trees – the nearest cove is a short walk away, the others a bike or boat ride.
Narrow streets, waterfronts and a morning coffee by the sea: Trogir and Primošten are half an hour's drive away.
We'll point you to taverns that serve whatever was caught that morning. And the figs in the courtyard are yours to pick.
Nearby islands and hidden coves you can't reach by road. We'll help you find a skipper we trust.
From our guests
The children were in the pool from morning till dark, and we finally finished a book. The beach really is a five-minute walk, and in the shade, too.

Message us on WhatsApp(opens in a new tab)You send an enquiry and we reply within 24 hours with the exact price. You secure your dates by paying a 30% deposit into our business account, and we then send you a written booking confirmation. The balance is paid on arrival, in cash or by card.
Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival, and we refund the full deposit. If you cancel later than that, we transfer your deposit to other dates in the same or the following season.
The pool is 1.2 to 1.6 m deep with shallow steps at the entrance, and the pool courtyard closes with a gate. There is no lifeguard, so children in the pool must be supervised by an adult. We also have armbands you're welcome to use.
The pool is shared by the guests of the four apartments in the house, 17 people at most. There are enough sun loungers for everyone, and nobody reserves one with a towel first thing in the morning.
By car: take the A1 motorway to the Prgomet junction, then it's about twenty minutes down to the sea. From Split Airport the drive takes around 30 minutes, and we're happy to arrange a transfer. We send detailed directions with your booking confirmation.
That's no problem. Let us know roughly when you'll arrive and we'll be there to welcome you. If you're arriving after 23:00, your key will be waiting in a key safe, and we'll send you the code the same day.
Small dogs are welcome if you mention them in your enquiry, for a supplement of €10 per night. Out of consideration for other guests, they're not allowed in the pool or on the sun loungers.
No. The tourist tax is €1.60 per person per night; children under 12 are exempt, and children aged 12 to 18 pay half. It is paid on arrival.
